本案设计坐标广州，业主是一对90后小夫妻以及一个可爱的小女孩，在满足需求的情况下，他们希望房子有更多的收纳空间，同时空间功能具有多变性。
业主的需求主要有三点：一是业主希望有一个温馨、舒适让人放松的家，所以装修风格偏向温馨；二是在休闲的时候夫妻俩都酷爱游戏，需要一个能够满足两人同时使用的电竞房；三是女主人衣物比较多，主卧需要一个配置梳妆台的衣帽间。
原始结构图 | Floor plans
原始户型全屋空间面积分布比较合理，客餐厅一体，采光良好，空间通透大气，不需要过多改动。但由于全屋承重墙较多，设计时空间布局不宜大幅度改动。
The original house space area distribution is more reasonable, the guest restaurant is integrated, the lighting is good, the space is transparent and atmospheric, and there is no need to change too much. However, due to the large number of load-bearing walls in the whole house, the spatial layout should not be greatly changed during the design.

玄关 | Gateway
入户玄关为了不影响采光，选择高低柜设计，高柜作临时衣柜，矮柜作鞋柜。矮柜台面上既可以放置归家的随手物品，又可以摆上绿植作点缀。
In order not to affect the lighting, choose high and low cabinet design, high cabinet as a temporary wardrobe, low cabinet as a shoe cabinet. Low counter surface can be placed home items, but also can be placed on the green plants for decoration.
客厅 | Living room
把阳台空间并入客厅，使得整个公共区域更加宽敞通透。定制电视柜，扩大房子的储物空间，中间采用镂空设计，平衡视觉效果，底下是整排小抽屉，方便分门别类放置物品。
The integration of the balcony space into the living room makes the entire public area more spacious and transparent. Custom TV cabinet, expand the storage space of the house, hollow design is used in the middle, balance the visual effect, the bottom is a whole row of small drawers, convenient for sorting items.
餐厅 | Restaurant
餐厅保留了原本的位置布局，一面到顶的餐边柜可以收纳餐厅物品，亚克力腿餐桌很好地弱化小空间多家具的问题，餐桌旁的矮柜用来放置常用的水杯与摆件。
The restaurant retains the original location layout, a side cabinet to the top can store restaurant items, the acrylic leg table is a good way to weaken the problem of small space more furniture, and the low cabinet beside the table is used to place commonly used water cups and ornaments.
厨房 | Kitchen
厨房采用最大化利用空间的“U”型布局，既不影响采光，同时又使得做饭动线流畅。

主卧 | Master bedroom
超大飘窗使得卧室光线更充足，床头藕粉色背景墙面更是给整个空间增添了别样的趣味，床尾定制满墙的通顶高柜，让四季衣物井然有序的悬挂、叠放。保留L型窗台，增加一个飘窗桌，慵懒的午后可以在此肆意地沐浴阳光。

小女孩偏爱淡绿色，设计时采用暖色调的吊灯去搭配清新的淡绿色，让整个空间充斥着生机勃勃的同时又能让人感觉到温暖。
The little girl prefers light green, the design uses a warm color chandelier to match the fresh light green, so that the whole space is full of vitality at the same time can make people feel warm.
电竞房 | E-sports room
把其中一间卧室改成电竞房，同时也可作为书房使用。墙上悬挂洞洞板，悬挂耳机等小物品，沿着全景玻璃窗安装L型镂空桌面，足够放置两台电脑，抽屉也可存放物品。周末打游戏疲倦了，还可以眺望一下窗外景色，舒缓一下眼睛。

卫生间做了干湿分离，湿区用钢化玻璃做隔断，既显空间大，又不遮挡采光，日常使用的体验感也会更佳。
