Here are the steps required to help someone:

Player A and Player B enter in a group, Player A being the one able to solo Domina Venomblade and trash, usually a tank or Hunter
Player A and Player B head to Plaguefall's entrance
Player A zones in Plaguefall Heroic or Mythic, clears all the trash required, Domina Venomblade, and the trash before Margrave Stradama. Don't forget to kill the trash near where Curious Slime Serpent spawns
Player A zones out of Plaguefall
Player B zones in Plaguefall
Player B heads to Margrave Stradama and defeats it
Player B goes back to the area of Domina Venomblade, pets the Curious Slime Serpent, and gets the mount
