在大多数梦境中,做梦者都不会发觉自己是在做梦,无论梦境是多么荒诞古怪。
其中的原因也许是脑内负责逻辑和计划的前额叶皮质在做梦期间减少了活动,使得做梦者和梦更积极地进行互动,而不用思考会发生什么结果[8]。
梦境能够带来的松弛感,也许就是我们最需要的放松。
