农历八月的风，也被称为裂叶风。秋风吹到树叶上，伤裂叶片，所以得名。挠万物者，莫疾忽风，凡秋风扫荡过的地方，落幕萧萧。
The wind of lunar August , also known as the wind that could split leaf . The autumn wind blows on the leaf, the leaf cracks , so it got the name. When the autumn wind comes , it sweeps everything, things began falling and rustling.
我，出生在阳光明媚的夏日，却独爱这份秋风与秋意。
I was born on a sunny summer's day, but I do love the wind and feeling of the autumn only.
今年的9月22日，是24节气中的秋分节气。白露秋分夜，一夜冷一夜 ，凉意来袭，白昼变短，我们真正进入秋季了。
September 22, this year, is the autumnal equinox, one of the 24 solar terms. The cold night comes after it, the weather becomes cooler and cooler, the days get shorter. It means that we strictly enter the autumn.
每逢此时出游爬山，便可以感受清新空气，在抬头与低头间，可以捕捉枫叶落下时的金黄美景。此时的秋风吹走了燥热，秋意下的心境也变得更加宁静。

我们常说人有气质，是优雅大方或知性成熟的，比如国民女神、文艺男神、主持界的一姐们。如果把气质这个概念套用在季节时节上，在四季中，气质最独特美好的当属秋了。不害羞，不放肆，也不冷淡，有着独有的宁静成熟，带些恰到好处的萧瑟，和那种美人在骨不在皮，历经沉淀后照耀岁月的美。
When we are talking that someone has a good temperament, actually we are saying that he or she is elegant and generous or intellectual mature, such as some famous artists or anchorwomen. If the concept of temperament applies to the season, in the four seasons, the most unique and beautiful temperament should be autumn. Not shy, not licentious, not cold, it has its own quiet maturity, with the proper bleak. That kind of beauty exists in the bone not the skin, it is more beautiful and shining after the precipitation of many years.
站在历史的角度，把时间追溯到公元前1046年—前256年的周朝。对待秋分，他们有着这样的习俗：祭月，那是一种对月亮的崇拜。我们现在过的中秋节也由秋祭月演变而来。春分祭日、夏至祭地、秋分祭月、冬至祭天。祭祀的场所称为日坛、地坛、月坛、天坛，分设在东南西北四个方向。
From the perspective of history, let’s trace back to the Zhou Dynasty (from 1046 BC to 256 BC). On the autumn equinox, they have such a custom: sacrifice to the moon, which is a kind of worship to the moon. We now have the Mid-Autumn Festival which originates from this custom. The autumn equinox sacrifice to the sun, the summer solstice sacrifice to the earth, the autumnal equinox sacrifice to the moon, the winter solstice sacrifice to the heaven. The sacrificial places are called the Altar of the Sun, the Altar of the Earth, the Altar of the Moon and the Altar of Heaven, which are located in the four directions of east 、south、 west、 north respectively.
至于为什么祭祀这件事这么重要，我们或许可以从东周时期的刘康公那里得以窥见。刘康公曾说“国之大事，在祀与戎”。国家的大事是祭祀和战争，因为这关乎人的信念和国家的安全。
As for why sacrifice is so important, we may get a glimpse of it from Liu Kanggong of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty. Liu Kanggong once said：The important affairs of the state are sacrifice and war, because it relates to the faith of man and the security of the state.
而在今天，对于月与秋，抛开信念与安全，我们更常有的是欣赏之意，思念之情。侬侬细语般低声诉说，让原本寂静的夜变得唯美和富有想象力。秋天有信，秋月无边。在钢筋水泥中添进几分爱慕柔情与远方，是我们的心意与希望。
However, for the moon and autumn, we don’t talk so much about the worship and security, we often talk about the appreciation /admiration and the feeling of missing. It is whispered in a low voice, making the silent night beautiful and imaginative. The autumn moon is endless. Put some soft emotion and the future prospect into the reinforced concrete of building . That is the modern life’s hope and faith.
秋，也关乎丰收。秋分，自古就是是农业生产上重要的节气。2018年起，国家将每年秋分日设立为“中国农民丰收节”。到了这一天，有各种庆祝的活动，是亿万农民的节日。春种秋收，春华秋实，一年的辛勤耕耘，在金秋时节便可得硕果。每个人的收获都来之不易，是努力和汗水让我们赢得秋天的犒赏。
Autumn is also about harvest. The autumn Equinox is an important solar term in agricultural production since ancient times. Since 2018, the annual autumnal Equinox Day has been set as China's Farmers' Harvest Festival. On this day, there are various activities to celebrate. It is a festival for respecting hundreds of millions of farmers. Spring is for planting and autumn is for harvesting. Spring blooms and autumn fruits. After a year of hard work, the golden autumn season will be fruitful. Everyone's harvest is hard-won. It is hard work and sweat that makes us enjoy the fruitful autumn.
金秋麦浪，风和日丽。想想当初定的那些目标，和我们为之做的付出，到今日我们是否得到了，或者离它越来越近了？夏日的浮和张扬，秋日的沉与收敛，是四时带有的特点。人也该好好沉下来，顺应这种自然状态。
In the golden autumn , we could think about the goals we set, and what we did to achieve them. Are we achieving them today, or are we getting closer to them? Summer is showing off. However , the autumn is more restrained . People should calm down and know the convergence as the nature goes.
《黄帝内经·素问四气调神大论》：“秋三月，此谓容平，天气以急，地气以明，早卧早起，与鸡俱兴，使志安宁，以缓秋刑，收敛神气，使秋气平，无外其志，使肺气清，此秋气之应，养收之道也。逆之则伤肺，冬为飧泄，奉藏者少。”
The traditional Chinese medicine book《Huang Di Nei Jing》said : "The autumn is also called as rongping. The weather is rush, the earth is bright. You need to go to bed and get up early, so as to make the spirit calm. It is time to delay the punishment in the autumn. Get the spirit convergence , and calm down without other external ambitions . It make the lungs of your body clear, this is the right way to nourish and get harvest in autumn.
近些天，这一场场秋雨下来，让我从短袖一下过渡到了西装和风衣。当我套上秋装的一刹那，把留在夏天的肆意和一切的明艳都收裹起来，感觉非常妥帖和自在。就像等待了一年，仅盼望此刻的秋意与秋景，盼望此情此景下的此时人的状态。
In recent days, these autumn rains have led me to change my suit , from T shirt to suits and wind coat. When I put on the autumn , I feel very appropriate and comfortable. A kinda of wrapping up the summer’s bright explosion. It seems that I was waiting for a whole year, and looking forward to the feeling of autumn, looking forward to the status as a woman.
