当前流行的图形可视化和数据分析软件有Matlab,Mathmatica、Maple、Python等。这些软件功能强大,可满足科技工作中的许多需要,但使用这些软件需要一定的计算机编程知识和矩阵知识,并熟悉其中大量的函数和命令。而使用Origin就像使用Excel和Word那样简单,只需移动单击鼠标,选择菜单中的相关命令就可以完成大部分工作,获得满意的结果。
Currently popular graphics visualization and data analysis software include Matlab, Mathmatica, Maple, Python, etc. These softwares are powerful and can meet many needs in scientific and technological work, but the use of these softwares requires certain knowledge of computer programming and matrices, and familiarity with a large number of functions and commands. And using Origin is as simple as using Excel and Word, just move the mouse and select the relevant command in the menu to do most of the work and get satisfactory results.
一、Origin软件介绍
Origin是一款具有强大数据分析功能,能为科研人员及工程师提供帮助的应用软件。利用Origin可以轻松地自定义和自动化数据导入、分析、绘图和报告任务。是一款能有效地分析数据和呈现研究成果的工具。
Origin is an application software with powerful data analysis functions that can help researchers and engineers. Data import, analysis, graphing, and reporting tasks can be easily customized and automated with Origin. It is a tool that can effectively analyze data and present research results.
Origin软件具有数据分析与绘图两大类功能。数据分析包括数据的排序、调整、计算、统计、频谱变换、曲线拟合等各种完善的数学分析功能。进行数据分析时,只需选择所要分析的数据,然后再选择响应的菜单命令就可。
Origin software has two Functions of data analysis and drawing. Data analysis includes various comprehensive mathematical analysis functions such as data sorting, adjustment, calculation, statistics, spectrum transformation, and curve fitting. When performing data analysis, simply select the data to be analyzed, and then select the corresponding menu command.
Origin的绘图是基于模板的,Origin本身提供了几十种绘图模板而且允许自定义模板,绘图时只要选择所需要的模板就行。自定义的范围可以从简单修改数据图,到复杂的定制数据分析、生成专业刊物品质的报告并保存为分析模板。支持批量绘图和分析操作,其中模板可用于多个文件或数据集的重复分析。
Origin's drawing is based on templates. Origin itself provides dozens of drawing templates and allows custom templates. Just select the required template when drawing. Customization can range from simple modification of data plots, to complex custom data analysis, generating professional publication-quality reports and saving as analysis templates. batch plotting and analysis operations are supported, where templates can be used for repeated analysis of multiple files or datasets.
Origin可以导入包括ASCII、Excel、pClamp在内的多种数据。另外,它可以把Origin图形输出到多种格式的图像文件,譬如JPEG、GIF、EPS、TIFF等。
Origin can import a variety of data including ASCII, Excel, pClamp. In addition, it can output Origin graphics to image files in various formats, such as JPEG, GIF, EPS, TIFF, etc.
Origin也支持编程执行批处理任务以拓展Origin的功能。Origin里面有LabTalk和Origin C两种编程语言。在Origin的基础上,可以通过编写X-Function来建立自己需要的特殊工具,X-Function可以调用Origin C和NAG函数。
Origin also supports programmatic execution of batch tasks to extend the functionality of Origin. Origin has two programming languages, LabTalk and Origin C. On the basis of Origin, you can build your own special tools by writing X-Function, X-Function can call Origin C and NAG functions.
Origin如同Excel、Word一样,是一个多文档界面应用程序,它将所有工作都保存在Project(*.OPJ)文件中。该文件可以包含多个子窗口,如Books,Graph,Matrix,Excel等。各子窗口之间是相互关联的,可以实现数据的即时更新。子窗口可以随Project文件一起存盘,也可以单独存盘,以便其他程序调用。
Origin, like Excel and Word, is a multi-document interface application that saves all work in Project (*.OPJ) files. The file can contain multiple subwindows such as Books, Graph, Matrix, Excel, etc. The sub-windows are related to each other, which can realize real-time updating of data. The sub-window can be saved together with the Project file, or it can be saved separately for other programs to call.
二、实例演示绘制折线图
1. 导入数据:
平时用Origin处理数据时,碰到的第一个问题常常是如何将实验或测试得到的数据简单方便的导入Origin中?常用的方式可以采用复制粘贴。
1. Import data:
When processing data with Origin, the first question often encountered is how to easily and conveniently import the data obtained from experiments or tests into Origin? The most common way is to copy and paste.
2. 绘制图像:
在Origin顶端的绘图中点击基础2D图中的点线图,x轴为A列数据,y轴为B列数据。
2. Draw the image:
In the drawing at the top of Origin, click on the dotted line graph in the base 2D graph, with the data in column A on the x-axis and the data in column B on the y-axis.
3. 修改绘图细节:
双击折线进入修改界面,修改线条的宽度为2,以及符号的类型,并添加数据标签.
3. Modify the drawing details:
Double-click the polyline to enter the modification interface, modify the width of the line to 2, and the type of symbol, and add a data label.
接着双击横坐标修改横坐标的刻度线,修改刻度线的格式,并添加末端箭头;同理双击修改纵坐标的刻度线属性,结果如图所示。
Then double-click the abscissa to modify the tick mark of the abscissa, modify the format of the tick mark, and add an end arrow; in the same way, double-click to modify the tick mark attribute of the ordinate, and the result is shown in the figure.
如果要添加多条线,点击添加新列,将数据复制到Origin,选中并拖动新的两列数据到先前的图像中,结果如下所示,最后按照上面的步骤进行图像细节的修饰,可以修改新的线条的颜色.
If you want to add multiple lines, click Add New Column, copy the data to Origin, select and drag the new two columns of data to the previous image, the result is as follows, and finally follow the above steps to modify the image details, you can Modify the color of new lines.
