首发及替补名单如下：
西部首发：勒布朗·詹姆斯、尼古拉·约基奇、卢卡·东契奇、科怀·莱昂纳德、史蒂芬·库里。
西部替补：达米安·利拉德、克里斯·保罗、保罗·乔治、多诺万、米切尔、鲁迪·戈贝尔、锡安、威廉姆森、德文·布克（顶替因伤无法出战的安东尼·戴维斯）。
东部首发：凯文·杜兰特、扬尼斯·安特托昆博、乔尔·恩比德、布拉德利·比尔、凯瑞·欧文。
东部替补：詹姆斯·哈登、本·西蒙斯、杰森·塔图姆、尼古拉·武切维奇、扎克·拉文、杰伦·布朗、朱利叶斯·兰德尔。

The NBA has announced the starting lineups and reserves for the coming All-Star Game that will take place at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on March 7. LeBron James and Kevin Durant will make their own teams selecting from a pool filled with the other 22 best players this season before playing against each other in the league's annual party.
The full rosters are:
Western Conference:
Starters: LeBron James, Nikola Jokic, Luka Doncic, Kawhi Leonard, and Stephen Curry.
Reserves: Damian Lillard, Chris Paul, Paul George, Donovan Mitchell, Rudy Gobert, Zion Williamson, and Devin Booker (who replaced injured Anthony Davis).
Eastern Conference:
Starters: Kevin Durant, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Joel Embiid, Bradley Beal, and Kyrie Irving.
Reserves: James Harden, Ben Simmons, Jayson Tatum, Nikola Vucevic, Zach Lavine, Jaylen Brown, and Julius Randle.
Lavine, Brown, Randle and Williamson are playing the All-Star Game for the first time.
