《连云港高级中学2020级14班内高学生成长日记》详细记述了从2020年8月20日至2021年6月25日充实的300多天生活，其中有参与学校的各种集体活动及体会，以及学生没来和送走后的一些感受。不论翻开哪一页，既有学校各级领导和老师的智慧，也会看到同学们活泼快乐的身影，从内高同学们成长的足迹中，不仅有课堂上的敏捷反应和优美的字体，也有课间时的淘气和顽皮。图文并茂记录鲜活每一天，从沉默寡言不善交流，到敞开心扉，积极参与各项活动，正所谓：精诚所至，金石为开。作为内高班主任，从未有过丝毫的懈怠。回顾这段时日的紧张和繁忙，心中是感慨万千。同学们从我接手到现在所发生的奇迹，感觉孩子们陡然间一下长大，做事雷厉风行，对人文明礼貌，学习目标明确，专心认真思考，当然也有的同学感到过于压抑，运动有些过度，经常造成一些不同程度的小伤害，没让我陪他们少忙，也有不少同学从阅读中找到了乐趣。三百天，近八十万字，一百多万字符的记录就是这么坚持敲打了出来，我把它称为流水账，可能也有人会认为是一部辛酸史，其实我倒觉得是幸福泉：班级处处充满着欢乐，同学们内心时时展露出微笑，当然更主要的是远在千里之外的父母感到孩子每天如同就在身边一样，解除了他们的后顾之忧，同时每天安心投入并学会了如何来享受自己所做的工作。

“Lianyungang Senior High School's Growth Diary of Senior Students in Class 14, Grade 2020” describes in detail the enriched life of more than 300 days from August 20, 2020 to June 25, 2021, including participating in various collective activities and experiences of the school, as well as some feelings after the students did not come or leave. No matter which page, both the wisdom of the school leaders and teachers at all levels, but also see the students lively and happy figure, from the growth of high school students in the footprint, not only the quick response and beautiful handwriting in the classroom, but also the naughty during the class break. From being taciturn and unable to communicate, to opening up mind and actively participating in various activities, it is so-called that faith will move mountains.
As a senior class director, there has never been the slightest slack. Reviewing this period of tension and busy, the heart is full of ideas. I find it a miracle that the children suddenly grew up, to do things resolutely, to be friendly and polite, with clear aims to learn, and clam to think, of course, some students feel too depressive, excessive sports, often cause some small different degrees of injuries, making me a little busy with them, and many students find pleasure from reading.
Three hundred days, nearly 800,000 words, and more than one million characters have been kept in this way. I call it a running account. Some people may think it is a history of bitterness, but in fact I think it is a fountain of happiness:The class is full of joy, the students always smile, of course, the main thing is that the parents who are thousands of miles away feel that their children are right beside them every day, which relieves their worries, and at the same time, they feel at ease and learn how to enjoy the work they do every day.
