《心灵奇旅》虽然是一部动画片，但却非常真实的描述了人们在生活中的感受。正如影片中多萝西娅讲的小鱼的故事：

Joe Gardner: Those really aren’t purposes, 22. That’s just regular old living. But, hey, when you get back to the You Seminar, you can give it an honest try.
