生长育肥猪的饲养

FEEDING OF YOUNG AND SLAUGHTER PIGS

育肥猪在将近70公斤体重之前应自由采食,之后应根 据生产目标来调整日粮量。

Slaughter pigs should be fed ad lib until approx. 70 kg. After that the feed dose should be adjusted to the required production results.

育肥期,最佳饲喂方案可通过在短期内加大日粮供给 量(34.94-37.44代谢能兆焦/头/天)来获得,即通过 评估生长性能,如果对生长性能不满意,饲料供给减 少1.25兆焦代谢能/头/天,直至达到满意的生长性 能。表13为日增重达到830克的生长育肥猪的日粮方案。

In the finishing period the optimum feed dose could be found by feeding heavily - for a short period - with 34.94-37.44 MJ ME per pig per day. The productions results should then be evaluated. If the production results are not satisfactory, the feed dose is reduced by 1.25 MJ ME. This is repeated until satisfactory results are achieved. Table 13 shows guidelines for feed dose for young pigs and slaughter pigs at a daily gain of 830 g.

转栏和仔猪日粮更换到生长猪日粮时均可能导致腹 泻。饲料营养浓度过高或饲料不易消化均会导致胃肠 道中致病菌的生长。考虑到腹泻问题,为了减少该问 题的发生,以下列举了几种可能的解决方案。

Diarrhoea problems may occur when shifting from piglet feed to slaughter pig feed and when moving the pigs. A too high content of nutrients or foodstuffs that are not easily digestible may cause growth of pathogenic bacteria in the gastrointestinal canal. In case of diarrhoea problems there are several possible solutions that can be considered in order to reduce the problem:

饲料中的可消化粗蛋白含量减少到10.42克/兆焦 代谢能。然而,如果有必要,也可将饲料中的 可消化粗蛋白含量进一步减少到8.81-9.62克/兆 焦代谢能。

The protein content of the feed is reduced to 10.42 g digestible crude protein per MJ ME. However, it may be necessary to lower the content to 8.81-9.62 g digestible crude protein per MJ ME.

化验粗蛋白含量以确保与预期一致。通过化验 分析也可确定偏差。

Analysis of the crude protein to make sure that the content is as expected. The analysis would also give an indication of segregation.

饲料中添加0.5-1.0%的有机酸(譬如:蚁酸或乳 酸)或有机酸干粉、草酸盐。

0.5-1.0 per cent organic acids (e.g. formic acid or lactic acid) or dry products of organic acids or salt of sorrel could be added to the feed.

生长育肥期使用的饲料原料含对消化道有益的 营养成分,譬如50%的大麦和50%的小麦。避免 使用大豆粕、豌豆、黑麦、棕榈油饼、椰子 饼、玉米皮、菜籽饼、向日葵饼、糖浆。乳清 粉的最大用量为15%。

A gentle composition of raw materials during the entire growth period, e.g. 50% barley and 50% wheat. Avoid soy meal, peas, rye, palm-oil cakes, coconut cakes, maize gluten feed, rape, sunflower, molasses – max. 15% whey of MJ ME per day.

PHRASE FEEDING

采用阶段饲喂时,不同阶段饲喂不同饲料以满足猪在 特定时间段的营养需求,饲料中的营养水平(/兆焦 代谢能)随着猪的体重的增加而下降。比标准生产的 饲料(如生长,肥育料)便宜,但饲料中的营养浓度 比较低。当使用标准的饲料,猪在生长的初期阶段营 养供应不足,而在育肥期其对蛋白质的补偿利用能力较强。

When using phase feeding several mixes are used to meet the need of the pigs for nutrients in a specific period more accurately so that the content of nutrients per MJ ME in the feed decreases with the weight of the pigs. Thus the average nutrient concentration is lower than in a standard mix making the feed cheaper. When using a standard mix the pigs are under-supplied in the beginning of the growth period and the ability of the pigs of compensatory protein utilization in the finishing period is taken advantage of. Table 16 shows some advantages and disadvantages of phase feeding.
