黑山的空间规划，城市主义和国家财产部宣布了国际竞赛，以针对波多哥市城市Kvart的初级卫生保健中心的概念建筑设计竞赛。
竞争的主题是在详细的城市计划“RadojeDakić”的范围内开发了Podgorica城市Kvart的主要卫生保健中心的概念建筑设计（Montenegro的官方宪报 - 市政法规”，第23/12号）。竞赛区为8643m²。
