电风扇在我们日常生活中是非常常见的,今天我们将使用SolidWorks软件来画一个电风扇叶三维图。那么废话不多说,我们打开SolidWorks软件后,选择零件图,选择上视基准面,选择草图绘制。

Electric fans are very common in our daily lives. Today, we will use SolidWorks software to draw a three-dimensional diagram of electric fan blades. So without further ado, let's open SolidWorks software, select the part drawing, select the top view reference plane, and select sketch drawing.

我们这里选择圆和周边圆都是可以的,我们只需要先画出一个圆形,接着在上视基准面上画一个圆形。画好后点击左上方绿勾确定,然后点击左上角的特征,选择拉伸凸台/椎体。然后拉伸为一定高度的圆柱体,就像下面这样,勾选确定。

We can choose both the circle and the surrounding circle here. We just need to draw a circle first, and then draw a circle on the upper reference plane. After drawing, click on the green check mark in the upper left corner to confirm, then click on the feature in the upper left corner and choose to stretch the protrusion/vertebral body. Then stretch it into a cylinder of a certain height, as shown below, check OK.

然后选择右视基准面来画我们风扇的扇叶,选择好基准面后我们选择直线,画一个平行四边形,画好一个扇叶的轮廓以后,我们可以添加两条斜边的几何关系,使两条斜边平行。然后拉伸扇叶,起始面我们设为圆柱的曲面,然后取消合并结果,勾选确定。

Then select the right reference plane to draw the fan blades of our fan. After selecting the reference plane, we select a straight line and draw a parallelogram. After drawing the outline of a fan blade, we can add the geometric relationship of two diagonal edges to make them parallel. Then stretch the fan blades, set the starting surface as a cylindrical surface, and unmerge the results. Check OK.

接下来我们需要对扇叶进行简单的处理,让这个扇叶有一定的弧度。我们选择弯曲,如果找不到的伙伴可以在右上方命令栏里输入搜索。弯曲输入选择扭曲,20度,当然也可以自行调整,三重轴里面除了x轴位90度外,其余数据都为0。选择确定。

Next, we need to perform simple processing on the fan blades to make them have a certain degree of curvature. We choose to bend, and if you cannot find a partner, you can enter search in the command bar in the upper right corner. The input for bending is twisted at 20 degrees, which can also be adjusted by oneself. Except for the x-axis at 90 degrees, all other data in the triple axis are 0. Select OK.

在特征里选择线性阵列下方的圆周阵列,方向选择圆,等间距,注意是下图的圆而不是圆面,实体选择扇叶,扇叶数量就可以自行选择了,之后选择确定。然后可以在中间挖个洞,选择圆,在中心画个圆,选择特征里的切除,点击确定,这样风扇就画好了。

Select the circular array below the linear array in the features, choose a circle in the direction, with equal spacing, and note that it is the circle shown in the figure below rather than the circular surface. For the solid, select the fan blades, and the number of fan blades can be selected by yourself. After that, select OK. Then you can dig a hole in the middle, select a circle, draw a circle in the center, select the cut in the feature, click OK, and the fan will be drawn.
