Skipping rocks 打水漂；扔石子
In order to properly skip a rock,
要想水漂打得好，
you have to pick a smaller one with smooth, flat sides.
要挑一块较小的、两侧滑而平的石头。
I like to pick the ones that look like little discs.
我喜欢挑看起来像圆片的。
Then, swing your arm back at your side.
然后，胳膊在身体一侧向后摆。
Throw it at an angle
注意扔的角度，
that allows you to get as many skips across the water as you can.
要尽量能在水面上多跳几下。
Every time the rock touches, or skips across, the water,
每次石子碰到或者跳过水面，
it creates ripples.
都会溅起水花。
